Everything you need to know about bladder care

We’re excited to launch our new range of bladder support products, extending our mission beyond period care and into bladder health. We’ve always fought to break stigma and normalise conversations around taboo health topics, and now we are committed to do the same for bladder care, creating dignity for all.

What is bladder support?

Bladder support products can help you with bladder leaks at any stage of life, allowing you to focus on your day.

What causes bladder leaks?

1 in 6 people across the UK are affected by urinary incontinence. Anyone can be impacted, including postpartum parents, people going through perimenopause or menopause, those experiencing leaks as a result of illness such as prostate cancer or a long term condition. Bladder health is common and completely normal.

Bladder Care products

Bladder support with Grace & Green

Our bladder care product range is designed for leaks and light incontinence. It’s made with people and planet in mind, just like our period care. Consciously crafted from bamboo (the same as our pads), with a 3D leak barrier to lock in moisture, a charcoal core to reduce odours and wings for a secure fit, our liners, pads and shields are designed to keep you feeling fresh and confident all day long.

What to look for in sustainable care

Most bladder protection products are made from up to 80% plastic and take centuries to break down. Ours are different - made from plant-based materials wherever possible, with compostable wrappers and significantly reduced plastic content.

Our bamboo products offer a soft, comfortable layer of protection whilst caring for the planet and avoiding irritation, rashes, allergens and skin-to-skin contact with harmful chemicals. You can feel fresh and comfortable all day with the knowledge that your products aren’t harming your body or the planet, all without compromising on performance.

Why bladder care deserves more attention

Removing stigma around bladder leaks

Bladder leaks are normal and extremely common, affecting people at more stages of life than you may think. This includes people with pelvic floor conditions, people experiencing perimenopause or menopause, those who have given birth or people experiencing medical treatment. It also impacts a significant number of people in the 65+ age bracket.

In summary, leaks do not discriminate on age or gender. Your family members, friends and colleagues could be experiencing leaks on a day to day basis. At Grace & Green, we’ve created products designed to provide comfort and confidence every day.

Finding the right bladder support for you

Support that fits you

Different people require different products. Trial and comfort are key, bladder support products should fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. We pride ourselves on the comfort of our products without giving up the efficiency, as well as our planet-conscious materials caring for both body and planet.
