Bladder Pads

Our liners, pads, and shields are carefully crafted using high-performing, plant-based materials wherever possible - designed to be gentle on skin and better for the planet.

• Topsheet (against the skin) - Made from a soft, breathable blend of certified organic bamboo fibres and natural corn
• Leak guards (side barriers) - Wings with gentle spandex elastic, these contain polypropylene to create a secure anti-leak barrier
• Odour control - A layer of bamboo charcoal to help naturally neutralise odours without added fragrance
• Ultra absorbent core - Airlaid paper made from wood pulp and SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) that locks in liquid quickly and effectively
• Backing film - A certified compostable film made with a corn-based bioplastic, it keeps moisture in while allowing airflow
• Outer wrapper - Each product is wrapped in a certified compostable film

Period Pads

• Consciously crafted with Oeko-Tex organic bamboo and wrapped in a biodegradable plant starch wrapper certified by TÜV Austria. Free from chlorine, pesticides, artificial dyes or fragrances.
• At Grace & Green, we are meticulous about sourcing materials and choosing our partners responsibly. Our bamboo pulp is FSC-certified, ensuring sustainable harvesting. Every component in our products is rigorously tested for harmful substances, and we use a closed-loop bamboo process in manufacturing to ensure no toxic chemicals go back into our environment. Our manufacturing holds OEKO-TEX STeP certification, guaranteeing safe materials and ethical, sustainable production practices.

• Coconut oil, bicarbonate of soda, corn starch, shea butter and essential oils.

Bladder Pads
Choose from three absorbencies to match your needs:

Period Pads
Choose from two absorbencies to match your flow:

For light flow days, spotting between periods, discharge or small everyday leaks.

Absorbs the equivalent of up to 2 regular tampons.
Heavy ●●●●
Absorbs the equivalent of up to 4 regular tampons and is the best fit for wearing overnight.

Bladder Pads:

Remove the backing and position the pad securely in your underwear. The wings fold around the sides for a secure, comfortable fit that stays in place. Pads are ultra-absorbent, with a 3D leak barrier and charcoal core to lock in moisture and reduce odours. Change pads every 4-6 hours, or sooner if needed.

Period Pads:

Wash your hands then remove the pad from its individual wrapper. Peel off the backing paper and place the pad, with sticky side down, onto the middle of your underwear. Fold the wings over the side of your underwear for a secure fit.

Nursing Pads:

Place the pad inside your bra with the soft bamboo side against your skin. Adjust so it sits comfortably and fully covers the nipple area. Wear throughout the day to absorb leaks and help keep skin dry. Change pads as needed. After use, remove the pad and rinse before putting in a 30-40℃. wash, avoiding fabric softeners. Air-dry, and once dry, store away for next time.

Biodegradable wipes:

Our hypoallergenic wipes are perfect for cleaning even the most sensitive and intimate skin.

Dispose of in general waste, please do not flush.

Yoku deodorant:

Gently rub a pea-sized amount under clean armpits. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Our bladder protection products are a more sustainable choice than many plastic-heavy options on the market, but they still contain some plastic to ensure performance and protection. For this reason, we recommend disposing of them responsibly in general waste.

While our pads are made from 93% biodegradable materials, factors such as temperature and moisture can affect their breakdown process. For this reason, we recommend disposing of our pads and wrappers in the general waste bin.

Nursing Pads

This is a reusable product, designed to be washed and reused again and again. They help cut down on single-use products while still giving you reliable leak protection.

At end of life, please place in your general household waste bin. Do not flush these pads down the toilet.

Biodegradable wipes

Crafted with the environment in mind, our wipes are made from biodegradable bamboo, meaning they break down naturally and leave no trace behind. The packaging is recyclable.

Yoku deodorant

Once empty, the Yoku deodrant glass jars can be recycled.

• Grace & Green Bladder Support products are different - they contain around 30% plastic, with the rest made from plant-based materials wherever possible, significantly reducing single use plastic content without compromising performance.
• Our wrappers are compostable. Our top sheet is made from toxin-free bamboo, grown without pesticides, dyes, or chlorine bleach, making it gentle on your skin. It’s better for your body and better for the planet. Because caring for yourself shouldn't cost the earth.

Period Pads

• Our bamboo pads are made with Oeko-Tex certified organic bamboo, a self-generating plant that requires no irrigation, pesticides or fertilisers and requires much less water to grow than conventional cotton.
• Unlike conventional products, which are made of up to 90% plastic*, we use plant-based and biodegradable materials wherever possible. Since a waterproof back sheet is essential for keeping you dry and leak-free, all pads and liners include one. We use a sustainable plant-based bioplastic called PLA, derived from sugar and cornstarch.
