Every component in our products is rigorously tested for harmful substances, and we use a closed-loop bamboo process in manufacturing to ensure no toxic chemicals go back into our environment. Our manufacturing holds OEKO-TEX STeP certification, guaranteeing safe materials and ethical, sustainable production practices.

Consciously crafted with organic-certified cotton, without the use of chlorine bleach, synthetic fibres, pesticides, artificial dyes or fragrances. Our applicator is made with biodegradable cardboard and each tampon is individually wrapped in recyclable paper.

Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow and change your tampon every 4-8 hours.

Period Pads

After use, remove the liner, pads and wrap it in the packaging or tissue paper before disposing of it in a general or “sanitary” waste bin. Never flush period products down the toilet.

While our pads are made from 93% biodegradable materials, factors such as temperature and moisture can affect their breakdown process. For this reason, we recommend disposing of our pads and wrappers in the general waste bin.

Applicator Tampons

After use, wrap the tampon in the packaging or in tissue paper. Dispose of it in a general waste bin. Never flush period products down the toilet.

While our tampons are made from biodegradable materials, the breakdown process can be affected by factors such as the temperature. Unless you have an established compost, Grace & Green sustainable period products should be disposed of in your general waste bin.

Period Pads

Our bamboo pads are made with Oeko-Tex certified organic bamboo, a self-generating plant that requires no irrigation, pesticides or fertilisers and requires much less water to grow than conventional cotton.

Unlike conventional products, which are made of up to 90% plastic*, we use plant-based and biodegradable materials wherever possible. Since a waterproof back sheet is essential for keeping you dry and leak-free, all pads and liners include one. We use a sustainable plant-based bioplastic called PLA, derived from sugar and cornstarch.

Applicator Tampons

Our tampons are made with certified organic cotton which uses 71% less water, 62% less energy and produces 46% less CO2e than traditional cotton. Our cardboard applicator is a sustainable alternative to traditional and "plant-based" plastic, it will naturally break down over time.
