By selecting ‘Subscribe and Save’ you will have subscribed to receive the convenience of having your products delivered directly to your door, either on a monthly or quarterly (3 month) basis. You will automatically be charged and your chosen products will be recurrently delivered to you at your preferred frequency.
How many products?
It’s your body, and you know it best. Simply select the quantities you use and need that match your flow for one of your periods – whether this be 18 Organic Cotton tampons, 10 Day and Night Pads, or 24 pantyliners – or a mix/match of all. You know best. To note – for quarterly delivers make sure you times the product quantity by three – to ensure you’re covered for a minimum of three periods. Remember, you may pause, cancel or update your order at any time.

Confirmation upon placing your order
When subscribed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of your recurring Grace & Green order purchase, along with a link that lets you manage your subscription from your account. If you lose the link, email us [email protected] to request it, or we can make the changes to your subscription for you. A reminder email will be sent to you 3 days before you are charged for the next shipment. If you need to adjust your order please do so 2-3 days prior to being shipped out to you.
Payment & Delivery details
You will be charged either monthly or quarterly depending on your ‘Subscribe and Save’ package. This will be recurring alongside with your subscription plan.
Updating your card details and payment methods.
If your credit or debit card information is ever altered, or you wish you to use a different payment method, you will need to update it via your Account.

Creating your Grace & Green Account
To manage your Grace & Green subscription, you need to have an account with us which you will have set up during the payment process.
Within your account area, you can update your personal information, including delivery details, payment information, in addition to managing your order. To note – your account can only be created during the payment section. Click “Create an Account”
Pause, Edit or Cancel your Subscription
Simply log into your account to review your subscription status. Should you wish to change your plan or edit any products, please contact us.

Have too many products? Not a problem, you can pause your order for a period of time. You can do this simply by going to your Grace & Green account.
