Our period pads come in Day and Night options to suit your needs and your flow.
Period pads are easier to use than tampons as they do not have to be inserted! They are also great for overnight use – you can typically sleep through the night without changing your pad, as you have a much lower chance of getting toxic shock syndrome compared to using a tampon.
However, if you want to go swimming during your period then a tampon or Grace & Green period cup may be a better option as your period pad will absorb the pool water and become heavy.
At Grace & Green we believe that business should be used as a force for good, prioritising people and planet. We are B Corp pending, a status which reflects our high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
Unlike conventional period products, our products are made without pesticides, dyes, bleaches and other toxic chemicals.

We are a certified carbon neutral company. Being carbon neutral means that the carbon footprint of our company, its products and production has been calculated on the basis of internationally recognised standards and fully offset by supporting climate action projects. 🙌🏼🌳
