How to use

Wash your hands then remove the pad from its individual wrapper. Peel off the backing paper and place the pad, with sticky side down, onto the middle of your underwear. Fold the wings over the side of your underwear for a secure fit.

Disposal

After use, fold the pad and wrap it in its packaging or tissue then put into a sanitary or general waste bin. Never flush period products down the toilet.

Our pads are made from biodegradable materials, the breakdown process can be affected by factors such as the temperature. We therefore recommend our product to be disposed of in general waste. Don't worry, even in the general waste bin, they won't produce microplastics and will decompose naturally.

Our bamboo pads are made with Oeko-Tex certified organic bamboo, a self-generating super plant that requires no irrigation, pesticides or fertilisers. Each individual wrapper is biodegradable and will naturally breakdown over time.

Are they sustainable?

Yes, Grace & Green products are certified-organic and are made with biodegradable materials. We use organic bamboo, meaning our pads are free from pesticides, dyes, bleaches and other toxic chemicals. The pad and its individual wraps will naturally break down over time.

Do your pads have wings?

Both of our period pads, for moderate and heavy flow, have wings. This means your pad stays in place, helping you feel secure.

How absorbent are the pads?

We have two absorbencies to suit every body. Our Day pads are great for a medium flow, whilst our Night pads are great for a heavy flow, designed for round-the-clock leak protection.
