Consciously crafted with 100% organic-certified cotton, without the use of chlorine bleach, synthetic fibres, pesticides, artificial dyes or fragrances. Our applicator is made with biodegradable cardboard applicator and each tampon is individually wrapped in recyclable paper.

Absorbency

Choose from two absorbencies to match your flow:
Regular ●●○○
For light to medium flow. Absorbs 6-9g of menstrual fluid (approx 1 teaspoon).
Super ●●●○
For medium to heavy flow. Absorbs 9-12g of menstrual fluid (approx 2 teaspoons).

Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow and change your tampon every 4-8 hours.

How to use

Unwrap your tampon but keep the applicator in place. For comfort and ease, we recommend trying different positions, such as sitting or standing to find the most comfortable way to reach your vagina. If you're feeling discomfort your tampon may not be inserted properly. Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow and change your tampon every 4-8 hours.

Disposal

After use, wrap the tampon in the packaging or in tissue paper. Dispose of it in a general waste bin. Never flush period products down the toilet.

While our tampons are made from biodegradable materials, the breakdown process can be affected by factors such as the temperature. Unless you have an established compost, Grace & Green sustainable period products should be disposed of in your general waste bin.
