Reusable Period Cup
2 sizes
Our reusable period cup is a sustainable alternative from single-use tampons or pads. With a smooth coating for enhanced-comfort, our size A cups have the capacity for three tampons and size B for four tampons.

Grace & Green period cups are available in two sizes to suit your needs and flow. Size A is perfect for those with a normal to light flow, beginner cup users, and those who haven’t given birth vaginally, with a capacity equivalent to 3 tampons. Size B is ideal for those with a normal to heavy flow, experienced cup users, and those who have given birth vaginally, with a capacity equivalent to 4 tampons.
- Features a silky-smooth coating that enhances comfort during use.
- Offers superior round-the-clock protection.
- Suitable for day and night use, as well as during sports.
- Designed to last for 10 years, making them our most environmentally-friendly product.
- Can be worn for up to 12 hours.
Insertion:
- Before first-time use, boil the cup in water for 20 minutes.
- Wash your hands before you begin.
- To prepare for insertion, start by folding the cup. The most popular is the ‘C Fold’ method: pinch the cup together and fold it in half.
- Try different positions to help you relax, such as sitting on the toilet, lying down, or standing up.
- Insert the cup inside, aiming towards your lower back, not straight up.
- Once the cup is fully inserted, release and allow the cup to open up. The stem of the cup may stick out for some people. If you would like, you can trim the stem to a length that suits you.
- To ensure a proper suction seal has been created, run your finger around the base of the cup to ensure there are no folds or dents.
- Wear for up to 12 hours.
Removal:
- Wash hands before removing.
- Gently pinch the base of the cup to break the suction seal, then slowly and carefully pull it out.
- Do not pull on the stem as this can cause suction and discomfort.
- Empty the cup into the toilet or sink.
- Rinse with cold water and then wash with warm water using a mild, unscented soap.
- Re-insert, or if you have finished your period, boil the cup in water for 5-10 minutes to disinfect it before storing it for your next cycle.
- Made from 100% hypoallergenic medical-grade silicone, our cups are BPA and toxin-free.
- If used full-time for 10 years, our reusable cups can prevent as many as 2,900 plastic-filled pads and tampons from entering the environment (based on an average flow).
- Compared with conventional disposables, cups have a 98.5% smaller environmental footprint, based on a study published in the Journal of Cleaner Production.

Great products, ethical and exactly what I wanted from a product. Great service, delivered in good time and like the fact you get an email to check that you have received them. Will be a regular customer here.

I read through the product descriptions and, as an experienced (15+ years!) menstrual cup user with a heavy flow, I opted for the larger cup. It arrives in beautiful and fully recyclable packaging, which is excellent. The ‘rosewater’ colour is a stunning, soft Millennial pink and the silicone is very soft and flexible, much more so than most cups I have used in the past. The larger (size ‘B’) cup is quite wide but short, which is great as I have a low cervix. Unfortunately with how heavy my flow is, I found that every time I tried to empty the cup, instead of being able to gently wiggle it free, one of the walls would collapse in and dump the contents all over my hand – super messy! I tried several different angles and approaches (and I haven’t had this issue with other cups) but it kept happening. Later on in my period, I found the very wide size uncomfortable and for some reason it kept sitting lower than my normal cup (Sckoon) – I was constantly aware of the cup, which again, wasn’t typical for me. I contacted Grace & Green and they replied straight away, and were extremely kind and helpful. I was sent a replacement ‘size A’ cup, which is much more comfortable, but which I think unfortunately will only be useful for very light days for me due to the smaller volume. The size difference between the two is very significant. As the manufacturer doesn’t list the sizing, I thought this might help others. I’ve measured them as accurately as I can manage. Size A: widest point (top of rim) – 42mm body width – 37mm body length (w/o stem) – 43mm body length (with stem) – 57mm fluid held (teaspoon test!) – 4 tsp (20ml) Size B: widest point (top of rim) – 47mm body width – 40mm body length (w/o stem) – 48mm body length (with stem) – 61mm fluid held (teaspoon test!) – 6 tsp (30ml) For comparison, a couple other cups: DivaCup size 1: widest point (top of rim) – 43mm body width – 37mm body length (w/o stem) – 60mm fluid held (teaspoon test!) – 4 tsp (20ml) Sckoon Cup size 1: widest point (top of rim) – 44mm body width – 37mm body length (w/o stem) – 49mm fluid held (teaspoon test!) – 5 tsp (25ml)

Grace and Green provide excellent customer service. Their emails and updates are shared on a regular basis but not so often they become bothering and always provide excellent ideas on how to participate in a more sustainable way of living.

Amazing products and smooth delivery with lots of handy updates. I’ve now purchased several items across the range (pads, liners, tampons, and now a cup!) and I love the colour coded boxes. They ship in snug eco-friendly cardboard boxes with handwritten cards.

Beautiful and thoughtful packaging; everything was recyclable and packed in such a lovely way it felt like I was receiving a gift. The geranium & rosehip soap bar smells great, and the detailed instructions booklet that came with my rosewater period cup was welcome.

I was excited to try this new period cup and it didn’t disappoint! The recyclable packaging is a really thoughtful touch and the cup itself is beautifully designed. It’s super soft and I love the little node thingy at the bottom – it makes it really easy to remove. I love what Grace & Green stands for, they seem like a company that really cares. The cup performs perfectly and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Great little cup aesthetically and functionally. Took a few attempts to alignment right to prevent leakage, but once it’s in, it’s comfortable and non evasive. Even works well at night during sleep. Comes with a discreet cotton bag for storage.

OMG this cup is BEAUTIFUL! The pink is literally my favourite shade, there’s cute little patterns on the outside, and even the volume measure on the inside has a nice font. Which actually feels kinda symbolic of this company as a whole – it’s like they’re saying, “Why shouldn’t period products be beautiful?” and like… yeah, why shouldn’t they?! I bought the cup because I really liked their Insta (they’re a small business doing lots of cool stuff around normalising periods/being eco-friendly etc) but the fact that the cup was so nice actually kind of surprised me! Compared to my old (standard Mooncup) one, this is much softer and easier to use. It kind of makes me look forward to having my period lol. Defo recommend upgrading! If you’ve not used a cup before, I think this would be a good starter as it’s so soft and has a good grippy thingy at the bottom. I use it at night and then use their tampons in the day, they look and feel just like normal tampons but it’s so nice to know they’re not ruining my body (because organic) or our planet 🌏 🌴 💕 Packaging was really pretty too, the only annoying thing is that Amazon puts their (perfectly postable) box inside another much bigger box which doesn’t make it too environmentally friendly… but I guess that isn’t the company’s fault!

Having both cups made it perfect for my lighter end heavier days. Both the translucent and rose water were super easy to insert and the material was so soft which meant I couldn’t feel it throughout the day. The instructions were really clear and once I had worked it out insertion and removal took no time. Loved it never going back to tampons !!!

The cup has a silky exterior which made it super easy to use. Cannot feel it throughout the day and only needed to change it in the morning and evening. I’ve used cups in the past that were rlly hard to use and uncomfortable but the length of stem and material of this cup made it super comfy. The packaging was beautiful and the instructions were very clear making it easy to work out how to insert and take out. On top of this knowing I’m doing my part to help the environment is very comforting.
