Period Pads and Liners

Wash your hands then remove the pad from its individual wrapper. Peel off the backing paper and place the pad, with the sticky side down, onto the middle of your underwear. Fold the wings over the side of your underwear for a secure fit.

Non Applicator Tampons

Wash your hands before you begin. Unwrap your tampon.

Find the entrance to your vagina. For comfort and ease, we recommend trying different positions, such as sitting or standing, to find the most comfortable way to reach your vagina.

Before inserting, make sure you have unravelled the string and it is hanging down from the bottom of the tampon.
Hold the tampon with the thumb and middle finger at the midpoint, with the string end facing away from you.

Position the tampon at the vaginal opening and aim it towards your lower back (remember, your vagina is situated at a slight angle, not straight up!). Gently push the tampon inside your vagina until it can’t go any further. If you’re feeling discomfort, your tampon may not be inserted correctly. Try readjusting or pushing it in further until you can no longer feel it.

Wash your hands again.

Period Pads and Liners

After use, remove the liner, pads and wrap it in the packaging or tissue paper before disposing of it in a general or “sanitary” waste bin. Never flush period products down the toilet.

While our pads are made from 93% biodegradable materials, factors such as temperature and moisture can affect their breakdown process. For this reason, we recommend disposing of our pads and wrappers in the general waste bin.

Period Pads

Our bamboo pads are made with Oeko-Tex certified organic bamboo, a self-generating plant that requires no irrigation, pesticides or fertilisers and requires much less water to grow than conventional cotton.

Unlike conventional products, which are made of up to 90% plastic*, we use plant-based and biodegradable materials wherever possible. Since a waterproof back sheet is essential for keeping you dry and leak-free, all pads and liners include one. We use a sustainable plant-based bioplastic called PLA, derived from sugar and cornstarch.

Non Applicator Tampons

Organic cotton uses 71% less water, 62% less energy and produces 46% less CO2e than traditional cotton, which is why we use it to make our tampons. Wrapped in paper, our packaging is FSC certified and recyclable.
