I have only been using these tablets for 2 months, so it might too early to tell. However, I can say that it seems to be helping my PCOs symptoms like mood swings and hormonal imbalance. My first period on it wasn’t overly painful which is amazing! But was very short like only 2 days which is the first time that’s happened but my body might just be adjusting to the tablets. I will definitely continue to use them! I would say the tablets are a bit big but I cut them in half which makes it easier to swallow them.

I’ve been taking MyOva for just over 3 months now and even though it’s taken a while to feel the benefits, I would 100% recommend to anyone who’s thinking of giving it a try! I was diagnosed with post pill PCOS at the beginning of the year. My periods were not coming, my skin was awful and I was really struggling with anxiety. I do not suffer with PCOS however I had had a miscarriage and my period wasn’t coming back so I gave it a go! Within 2 weeks my period came back and my cycle seemed to return to normal so I was pretty pleased with the results!
