This stuff is great, once you get over the sensation of having oil in your mouth, I really did feel the benefits and my mouth felt so clean!! For the price it would’ve been nice to have a slightly larger bottle but still would definitely recommend this product.

Lovely mild spearmint taste that counteracts the potential “gross” factor of oil pulling. The oil itself isn’t too thick so it passes nicely through my teeth. Went to the hygienist after about a month of oil pulling and for the first time ever they actually complimented me on how healthy my gums were. I recommend flossing first and then oil pulling; that way the oil collects any loosened plaque/food debris from flossing and you can then spit it out.

I wasn’t sure about the idea of using oil as a mouthwash – but now that I have, I love it! Leaves a lovely taste in your mouth and I can already see the difference on my teeth.

I have recently got into oil pulling and this mouthwash oil pulling has been fantastic. I wasn’t sure how well this work or taste but it’s fantastic. My teeth feel cleaned and whiter after using this. I really like the packaging it comes in too. I love this product, will definitely get more!
