Lemonverbena clears the mind while Sage alleviates hormone imbalance with it’s phytoestrogenic magic. A truly powerful blend for brain fog, anxiety and more in the perimenopause.

Pour boiled water over 1 tsp of the loose herbal tea. Allow to infuse for no longer than 5mins then strain and drink. If you have no infuser in the house we recommend un-bleached compostable empty tea bags available online.
