Great for during and post heavy periods, but also for perimenopause, menopause and postnatally, too.

Deliciously rich and restorative, Aunt Flo’s Drinking Chocolate is expertly blended to replenish your iron and energy levels drained by heavy periods. Packed with iron dense prebiotic Cacao, superfood Nettle and clever Raspberry Leaf, a daily dose of this indulgent drink during and after your period reduces a heavy flow and stops the anaemic cycle, so you can pick up the pace again.

Start Aunt Flo a few days before your period is due and continue taking it daily for 3-5 days after your period begins

In a pan, add 2-4 teaspoons of Aunt Flo to a mugs worth of oat/nut milk and heat through. Whisk thoroughly to mix in before serving. Sweeten to taste.

Store in a cool dark place.

Theobroma cacao (raw cacao), Urtica dioica (nettle) and Rubus idaeus (raspberry leaf). Raw cacao naturally contains caffeine which some may wish to avoid.
