Are your period products biodegradable?
At Grace & Green we put health and respecting our environment at the forefront of everything we do. We therefore make our period products as environmentally conscious as possible without compromising your health. Our Essentials Collection is biodegradable and reduces landfill waste. Always dispose of period products responsibly.
Why are your period products more expensive than other mainstream brands?
Our high-quality products use the highest grade ingredients, such as 100% certified organic cotton, and are manufactured in an ethical and sustainable way. The pride we take in our ingredients and manufacturing makes us more expensive than other mainstream brands. Although our products are more expensive, it only works out at a few pence extra per unit of product. We will always aim to keep each product pack to under £5. We aim to make our products as accessible as possible and offer discounts through our Subscribe & Save repeat order service. With repeat orders, you also get the ease of a repeat delivery, saving you money and time. We believe in the benefits of switching to a more eco-friendly period product alternative, far outweigh the slight increase in cost.
Are your period products hypoallergenic?
Our products are hypoallergenic. They are made from 100% certified organic cotton which is much kinder to our skin and is especially suitable for people with very sensitive skin types.
What are Grace & Green liners made from?
Our liners are made from 100% organic cotton and a non-toxic adhesive. Our liners are free from synthetic fibres, pesticides, perfumes, chlorine or dioxins.
What’s the difference between Grace & Green ‘Day Pads’ and ‘Night Pads’?
Our day pads are perfect for a medium flow. Our night pads have a higher absorbency making them better for a heavier flow, or for overnight use.
What are Grace & Green pads made from?
Our pads are made from 100% organic cotton and a non-toxic adhesive. Our pads are free from synthetic fibres, pesticides, perfumes, chlorine or dioxins.
Are Grace & Green tampons as absorbent as other brands?
Absolutely! Our tampons conform to the standard absorbency of up to 6g for Light Tampons, 6-9g for Medium Tampons , 9-12g for Super Tampons, and 12-15g Super Plus Tampons. It is important to use the correct absorbency tampon for your period.
What are your tampons made from?
Our tampons are made from 100% organic cotton. Our tampons are free from synthetic fibres, pesticides, perfumes, chlorine or dioxins.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! Our products are produced without animal by-products or animal-derived ingredients and we don’t test on animals or ask third parties to test on animals on our behalf.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! This is fiercely important to us. Grace & Green do not test or use any products on animals neither do we ask third parties to test on animals our behalf.
Why organic cotton?
Most conventional products are made from a blend of GM (genetically modified) cotton, rayon, and potentially harmful chemical additives. For more details on why organic cotton is better, see our pages here

How do I find my account?
Simply select the ‘sign in’ link at the top of our website, or click here. Use your login details to access and manage your account.
Will accessories be included in my repeat order?
If you purchase a product from the ‘Grace & Green Lifestyle’ section of our webstore at the same time as setting up a repeat period product orders, don’t worry these ‘lifestyle’ items will not be included in your repeat order. These items will automatically processed as a one-off purchase. Remember, you can update your order preferences in your account anytime.
When will my repeat order be billed?
Your first order and payment will be processed at the time of placing the order. Your repeat orders will then be billed using the same payment option and shipped 5 days before the date of the month in which you placed your first order. This is to ensure you receive the product at the same time every month or tri-monthly, depending on the frequency you ordered.
Can I pause, edit, or cancel my repeat order?
Absolutely! We aim to make this as easy as possible for you. So, there are no contracts or restrictions. You’re in complete control of your repeat order. You can manage your orders in your account and choose to pause, edit, or cancel your repeat order at anytime.
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time. To avoid additional charges after cancellation you must cancel your contract at the latest 5 working days before your next payment is due. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

How does it work?
Simply select the products you would like, then select a frequency which suits your cycle – we provide either a monthly or tri-monthly delivery option. We’ll then process your order each month or every quarter, delivering the products you want, when you want them.
Can I change my payment method?
If you set up a repeat order, you can update or change your payment method in your account.
Can I place a one-time order?
Yes, absolutely! If you would rather purchase your products as a one-off, or on an ad hoc basis, that’s no problem. If you set-up an account for your order, we will remember your order details for next time. Then, if you like your Grace & Green products you can set up a repeat order later.
What payment methods can I use?
If you’re placing a one-off order you can pay using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfer, or PayPal. If you set up a subscription, you can pay using your bank account details (Direct Debit), VISA or MasterCard. For full details check out our ‘Ways to pay’ page.
Delivery & Returns
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be happy with your Grace & Green products, however, due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty, damaged, have been described incorrectly or if you have received an incorrect order. My delivery didn’t arrive, was incorrect or arrived damaged?
Orders placed before 4 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Please note, European orders will take approx. 3-5 days and international orders will take approx. 5-10 days for delivery.
Will I need to be home to receive my order?
We endeavor to package your products to fit through your letterbox so you will not need to be home for the delivery. In some cases however, depending on the quantity and the type of products you order, some packages will not fit through your letterbox and you may have to collect from your neighbour or from your local delivery office if you are not home at the time of delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free, tracked delivery via Royal Mail within the UK when you spend £45 or more on a one-off order. If your one-off order is under £45, we offer the same tracked Royal Mail delivery for a flat fee of only 99p.
