Yes. Our range is 100% biodegradable and plastic-free. Always dispose of period products responsibly.

Our premium products use the highest grade ingredients, such as 100% certified organic cotton, and are manufactured in an ethical and sustainable way. Although our products are a few pence extra per unit, we have also invested heavily in sustainability and social impact initiatives to ensure our products are kind to the body and planet. We aim to make our products as accessible as possible and offer discounts through our subscribe & save repeat order services, and be sure to sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about promotions.

Our products are hypoallergenic, made from 100% certified organic cotton, and free from toxins, chemicals, dyes, synthetic fibres and fragrances. Grace & Green products are especially suitable for people with sensitive skin types.

Our liners are made from 100% organic cotton and a plastic free, non-toxic adhesive. All Grace & Green products are free from toxins, chemicals, chemicals, dyes, synthetic fibres and fragrances.

Our day pads are perfect for a medium flow. Our night pads have a higher absorbency making them better for a heavier flow, or for overnight use.

Our pads are made from 100% organic cotton and a plastic-free, non-toxic adhesive. All Grace & Green products are free from toxins, chemicals, chemicals, dyes, synthetic fibres and fragrances.

Absolutely! Our tampons conform to the standard absorbency of up to 6g for Light Tampons, 6-9g for Medium Tampons , 9-12g for Super Tampons, and 12-15g Super Plus Tampons. It is important to use the correct absorbency tampon for your period.

Our non-applicator tampons are made from 100% organic cotton, and use a woven cord, not glued. Free from toxins, chemicals, dyes, synthetic fibres or fragrance. The non-applicator tampons are uniquely wrapped in recyclable paper to keep sterile until use.

Our applicator tampons are made from 100% organic cotton with a biodegradable cardboard applicator, and use a woven cord, not glued.  Free from toxins, chemicals, dyes, synthetic fibres or fragrance.

Yes! Our products are produced without animal by-products or animal-derived ingredients and we don’t test on animals or ask third parties to test on animals on our behalf.

Why organic cotton?

Most conventional products are made from a blend of GM (genetically modified) cotton, rayon, and potentially harmful chemical additives.

The Grace & Green collection uses 100% organic cotton certified by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), ICEA and carries the seal of organic cotton.

Organic cotton creates safer period products that are gentle on your skin. Free from toxins, chemicals, dyes, synthetic fibres and fragrance.

Grown without toxic chemicals, organic cotton promotes better soil and air quality, and is less water and energy intensive than conventionally grown cotton.

If you purchase a product from the ‘Grace & Green Lifestyle’ section of our webstore at the same time as setting up a repeat period product orders, don’t worry these ‘lifestyle’ items will not be included in your repeat order. These items will automatically processed as a one-off purchase. Remember, you can update your order preferences in your account anytime.

Your first order and payment will be processed at the time of placing the order. Your repeat orders will then be billed using the same payment option and shipped 5 days before the date of the month in which you placed your first order. This is to ensure you receive the product at the same time every month or tri-monthly, depending on the frequency you ordered.

Absolutely! We aim to make this as easy as possible for you. So, there are no contracts or restrictions. You’re in complete control of your repeat order. You can manage your orders in your account and choose to pause, edit, or cancel your repeat order at anytime.

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time. To avoid additional charges after cancellation you must cancel your contract at the latest 5 working days before your next payment is due. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

Payment Options

If you set up a repeat order, you can update or change your payment method in your account.

Yes, absolutely! If you would rather purchase your products as a one-off, or on an ad hoc basis, that’s no problem. If you set-up an account for your order, we will remember your order details for next time. Then, if you like your Grace & Green products you can set up a repeat order later.

If you’re placing a one-off order you can pay using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfer, or PayPal. If you set up a subscription, you can pay using your bank account details (Direct Debit), VISA or MasterCard. For full details check out our ‘Ways to pay’ page.

Delivery & Returns

We want you to be happy with your Grace & Green products, however, due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty, damaged, have been described incorrectly or if you have received an incorrect order. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by either email to [email protected] or call T +44 (0)117 330 5796

Orders placed before 4 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Please note, European orders will take approx. 3-5 days and international orders will take approx. 5-10 days for delivery.
Some of our packages will not fit through your letterbox and you may have to collect from your neighbour or from your local delivery office if you are not home at the time of delivery.

We offer free, tracked delivery via Royal Mail within the UK when you spend £45 or more on a one-off order. If your one-off order is under £45, we offer the same tracked Royal Mail delivery for a flat fee of only £2.25.
