How to use

Wash your hands before you begin. Unwrap the liner from its individual packaging.

Peel off the backing paper to reveal the adhesive. Place the sticky side of the liner down onto the middle of your underwear. Wash your hands again.

Disposal

After use, remove the liner and wrap it in the packaging or in tissue paper. Dispose of it in a general waste bin. Never flush period products down the toilet.

While our liners are made from biodegradable materials, the breakdown process can be affected by factors such as the temperature. Unless you have an established compost, Grace & Green sustainable period products should be disposed of in general waste.
